Ironclad.
Enterprise · Sovereign · Defense · Autonomous Systems

Hardened compute, wherever the mission runs. Owned
& operated by Ironclad.

Ironclad builds and operates hardened, relocatable compute modules — optionally self-powered — for enterprises and research institutions training advanced AI, for federal, defense, and allied sovereign programs, and as the command center for unmanned and autonomous fleets. Single-tenant and physically isolated, factory-integrated and tested in the United States, delivered as equipment on a pad rather than a construction program. You get the compute; we own the uptime.

Why Ironclad

One platform, four program areas.

Dedicated

Dedicated capacity

Single-tenant infrastructure built around your workloads — never shared with another customer.

Operated

Operated infrastructure

Ironclad manages deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle operations end to end. You run the mission — we run the facility.

Hardened

Hardened & relocatable

Welded steel, HEMP shielded, built to classified-facility construction standards — equipment on a pad, not a building.

Independent

Optionally self-powered

Ironclad-owned generation on a skid, N+1, with the grid on standby — no interconnection queue gating the schedule.

01Solutions

What you run on it matters more than what it's made of.

Dedicated NVIDIA HGX-class GPU capacity — B200 and B300 Blackwell platforms, selected per deployment — deployed into qualified colocation or a hardened, relocatable enclosure — sized to the workload, not the datacenter.

Use case
Model Training
Train larger models faster on dedicated, contention-free capacity — no queueing behind other tenants.
Use case
Inference
Private, production-grade inference infrastructure sized to sustained demand, not burst pricing.
Use case
Fine-Tuning
Dedicated capacity for iterative fine-tuning cycles without queueing behind other workloads.
Use case
Scientific Computing
Molecular dynamics, protein folding, and simulation workloads that need predictable, sustained capacity.
Use case
Simulation & Digital Twins
Engineering and research workloads requiring consistent, high-utilization access.
Deployment
Room or Box
Data-center white space, or a hardened, relocatable enclosure engineered to run independent of the grid.
Tenancy
Single
Bare-metal, single-tenant, physically isolated — your workloads never share infrastructure.
Reliability
99.95%
Infrastructure your research team can depend on — continuously monitored, monthly reporting.
Access
Private
Private network access, client-controlled — configured and validated before handoff.

02Defense & Sovereign

Hardened, relocatable compute — and the command center to run it from.

For federal, defense, and allied sovereign programs, Ironclad delivers the infrastructure: a welded-steel, HEMP-shielded module built to classified-facility construction standards, factory-integrated and tested in the United States, and delivered as equipment on a pad rather than a construction program. The mission stays with the mission owner — we are software-agnostic and do not build mission or C2 applications.

Program I

US federal & defense

Compute and command infrastructure delivered as a subcontractor under a prime's existing contract vehicle.

Program II

Autonomous systems C2

The hardened, powered, networked command center for unmanned and autonomous fleets — sited where systems are built and flown.

Program III

Allied sovereign

Reserved capacity on take-or-pay, data residency pinned by data class, asset sited in-country under host law.

Program IV

Regulated enterprise

Single-tenant, physically isolated infrastructure for sensitive, export-controlled, or regulated workloads.

02Why Lease

You know how to buy servers. Your problem is everything after.

Capital allocation, supply chain, deployment time, day-two operations, refresh cycles — acquire dedicated AI capacity without taking on the complexity of owning and operating the infrastructure.

How deployment works
03Deployment

A repeatable process, not a science project.

Deployment schedules are established during solution design, based on hardware availability, your requirements, and deployment environment — not a fixed promise made before we understand the workload.

01

Workload Assessment

Understand your compute profile, data requirements, and growth plan.

02

Infrastructure Design

Right-size the cluster, envelope, and network to the workload.

03

Deployment Planning

Vendor sourcing, site coordination, and commissioning schedule.

04

Installation & Commissioning

Build-out, validation, and handoff to your team.

05

Managed Operations

Continuous monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management.

06

Capacity Expansion

Add modules as requirements grow — no re-architecture required.

Operational Doctrine — proof, not marketing
04Doctrine

Reliability by discipline, not by luck.

AI infrastructure is only valuable when it's reliable. Ironclad applies a disciplined operating model built around redundancy, change control, continuous monitoring, and lifecycle management — the same standard used to run mission-critical systems where failure was never an option.

I
Redundant by design
Every critical system has a backup before the primary is trusted. Redundant power, cooling, and connectivity. Specified before deployment — never bolted on after.
II
Uptime discipline
Every GPU, cooling sensor, and power circuit is monitored 24/7. Alerts fire before you see a problem; uptime reports go out automatically.
III
Sovereign infrastructure
Ironclad owns its hardware outright. No shared tenancy, no cloud dependency, no platform risk — a hard asset, controlled by Ironclad alone.
IV
Lifecycle discipline
Proactive maintenance, vendor management, and hardware refresh planned in advance — so capacity you depend on doesn't degrade.
Security built into the infrastructure, not bolted on
05Security

Isolation and control, by default.

Tenancy
Single-tenant
Your workloads run on physically isolated infrastructure — never shared with another client.
Network
Private networking
Client-controlled private network access, configured and validated before handoff.
Access
Controlled access
Access provisioned per client, reviewed on a defined schedule.
Monitoring
Operational monitoring
Continuous monitoring of power, cooling, and system health, with regular reporting.
Isolation
Infrastructure isolation
Dedicated hardware, dedicated envelope — no multi-tenant cloud dependency.
Physical
Physical security
Facility access controls and on-site monitoring at every deployment location.
Every deployment includes full operational visibility
06Visibility

You always know the state of your infrastructure.

Every Ironclad deployment includes continuous monitoring, scheduled reporting, and lifecycle management — fleet health, utilization, and capacity all visible to your team, not just to ours.

Included
Monitoring
Power, cooling, and system health monitored continuously across the deployment.
Included
Reporting
Scheduled uptime and utilization reporting delivered to your team.
Included
Lifecycle Management
Proactive maintenance and hardware refresh planning across the life of the deployment.

Live operational dashboards and technical walkthroughs are shared directly during a qualified technical evaluation.
